How does billing work and what happens on overage?
Plans are monthly and based on volume (voice minutes, chat dialogs, or analytics minutes). If you exceed the included volume, HAPP continues working and extra usage is billed at the overage rate. See Pricing. -
What’s included in any plan for free?
Inbound telephony, messengers, Telegram notifications, and Google Sheets reporting are included in any plan. You mainly pay for usage volume (minutes/dialogs). -
Can I connect multiple phone numbers or messenger accounts?
Yes. Multiple numbers and multiple messenger accounts are supported — useful for brands, locations, or teams. The plan is still based on usage volume, not the number of channels. -
How do one-time integrations work and can they be combined?
One-time integrations cover specific scenarios (outbound from Excel list, reminders, confirmations, feedback, CRM entities). You can combine multiple integrations — the scope is calculated by complexity. -
Can you provide an invoice or an enterprise contract?
Yes. We support invoicing and enterprise contracts. If you need procurement documents or a custom SLA, contact us via Contact.

Which CRMs do you integrate with?
CRM: SalesDrive, KeyCRM, NetHunt, Odoo. For custom stacks we can integrate via webhook/API depending on your workflow. -
Which messengers are supported?
WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Viber, and Facebook Messenger — all in one dashboard with dialog history and routing rules. -
Which telephony providers can I connect?
We integrate with Phonet and Binotel, and can connect most IP-telephony via SIP. You can keep your number or use a provided one depending on the setup. -
Can HAPP send manager notifications and export reports?
Yes. Telegram notifications and Google Sheets reporting are supported (for example: outbound campaign results, lead qualification, missed calls). -
Can you integrate via webhook if I use another CRM?
Yes. We can push events (lead created, dialog closed, call result) to your endpoint and pull context back from your API.

What is HAPP AI?
HAPP AI is a single platform for AI communications: voice + chat + analytics in one dashboard. It automates conversations and syncs results to your systems. -
What’s the difference between Voice AI agent and Chat assistant?
Voice AI agent handles phone calls (inbound/outbound). Chat assistant handles text dialogs across messengers. Both work in one dashboard; learn more on Voice AI agents and Chat assistant. -
What if the assistant doesn’t know the answer?
HAPP can route the request to a manager and keep full conversation context. You decide when to escalate: by intent, confidence, or user request. -
Does HAPP support Ukrainian and Russian?
Yes. You can configure the assistant to communicate in Ukrainian and Russian (and other languages), and set language rules per channel. -
What is HAPP Labs and where can I find it?
HAPP Labs is our R&D direction. It’s separate from the main product. Learn more via the footer link to labs.happ.tools. -
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes — HAPP Tools for iOS is available on the App Store to monitor dialogs and notifications on the go.
